Floyd McWilliams Named To Board

In accordance with the club's bylaws, Floyd McWilliams has been named by the Board of Directors to fill the remaining term, ending March 31, of Pat Clark who has resigned for health reasons. He will surely bring his enthusiasm, experience, and positive outlook to the Board.

Clark has decided not to endanger himself or others by continuing to drive while the threat of his passing out remains. He is in no particular danger otherwise.

Swiss Teams Game Rescheduled

There has been a miscommunication between Mall Manager and Club Manager regarding NCBC having access to the hall all day on the date originally scheduled. They have a Charity Event scheduled that evening and must reconfigure the hall with different tables, etc.

Rather than shorten our Swiss Game we will have the game on Sunday, February 12 beginning at 10:00 am.

I believe there are currently six teams signed up. Please sign up at the club and contact your team members regarding the change.

Sharon Fogle Injured

Sharon Fogle, our Game Director on Tuesdays and Thursday nights had a car accident on the way home Tuesday night.  Several ribs were broken and she suffered significant bruising on her right forearm.  Her car was totaled.  The ribs will need 6-8 weeks to heal so she will be taking some time off.

Get well cards can be sent to her home address at:
