Since we moved into our new quarters we’ve been working closely with our landlord – Mike and the staff from the Towne Square Restaurant – to iron out problems and make our space more comfortable and convenient.

We wanted to let you know that Mike and his people have been full partners.  They’re always pleasant and cooperative to work with.  They’ve even been voluntarily making our coffee every day at no charge as a thank you because we loaned money to them to buy new chairs.

To support this good working relationship please, please, please:

• If you have any problem with the landlord’s services to the club, don’t approach Mike or the restaurant staff directly. Just notify Bev, Annabelle or the director so they can get the problem resolved. We had a very unfortunate incident this past week when one member complained directly to the restaurant staff because the coffee hadn’t arrived. It was a hectic day at the restaurant, the landlord was offended, and we almost lost our free coffee service! 
• When you see Mike and his staff around the club, take time to thank them for helping to make NCBC a pleasant place to play.
