If you play at our club, you will be given full access to the site automatically.  This should happen by the 10th of the following month.  Most of the user information comes from the "Game Computer" at the club.  Make sure your info in the Game Computer is correct by consulting with the Director.  Be sure to check your e-mail address.  It must be exactly correct.  Your name must also be exactly correct.

If you are unable to login, try clicking on the blue sentence "Click here if Lost login" in the Login box.  Within a few minutes you should be given a new password by e-mail.

Using that method requires you to enter your e-mail address.  The computer then searches for who has that e-mail address in their Profile.  If nobody has it, the computer will not cooperate.

If it doesn't work, your e-mail address is missing or wrong on the site.   Some time when you're at the club, have the Director check the Game Computer, where the e-mail addresses come from.  Make sure it's correct.

If you make a change to the Game Computer, then Mary Ann will update your e-mail address on the site, and will also assign you a new password.  This update is done once per month, around the 10th, so it may be a while before the change takes effect.

After the update takes place, you should be able to use the new password to Login and change the password to something you like.

This is done by clicking "Edit My Profile" in the Login box.
