At first the Senior Citizen Club didn't want our players to join the SCC because they knew we would outnumber their present membership.  Now they are asking us to join to help assure they will have the funds they need to maintain the building.

The building's assessed valuation is over $1,200,000.  Their insurance premium is close to $20,000 per year.  We have seen their electric bills which range from $300 per month to over $800 per month.   Member­ship will give us voting priviledges and a big enough membership will give us representation on the SCC board.  Member­ship is $25 per year renewable each January.

NCBC officers are unamimous in recommending it for all our members.
